Dr. Mary Beth Tamor


Dr. Mary Beth Tamor is a native of St. Bernard Parish. She is a 2008 graduate of Chalmette High School and then attended Louisiana State University where she graduated Manga Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Animal Dairy and Poultry Sciences. Dr. Tamor received her doctorate with honors from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. While there, she developed a special interest in preventative medicine, dermatology, and dentistry.

Dr. Tamor enjoys running and cycling in her free time and also loves to spend time with family and friends, read, cross stitch, and snuggle with her dog Bowser. She and her fiancé still currently reside in St. Bernard but hope to make Ponchatoula their home soon. As a recent graduate, she looks forward to a career at Animal Care Center, providing veterinary services to the Hammond area and surrounding communities.
