Dr. Reagan Peters

Dr. Peters is from Denham Springs, LA. She graduated from Denham Springs High School in 2013. From there, she attended Southeastern Louisiana University and Louisiana State University for Biology and Animal Science. She graduated from LSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal, Dairy, and Poultry Sciences in the Spring of 2017. Beginning in August of 2017 Dr. Peters flew down to the island of St. Kitts to begin pursuing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After living in St. Kitts for 3 years, she then completed her DVM through Auburn University in the Spring of 2021. There she met her now husband, Brian, and convinced him to move back to Cajun Country. Dr. Peters now resides in Independence with her husband and Yorkshire Terrier, Ellie. 

She welcomed a baby girl in August 2022. Dr. Peters enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family. She is always planning her next Disney World vacation or thinking about running away to the mountains for the weekend. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medicine Association and the Florida Parishes Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Peters can’t wait to meet your furry family member(s) the next time they come to see us!
